Chapter 7 - Bianca’s Brother
Adrian Laurent was arrested trying to leave the country.
He carried forged passports.
One belonged to Bianca.
Another belonged to Raymond.
Under questioning, Adrian admitted cloning Julian’s phone credentials.
He forged signatures.
He altered access logs.
But he refused to testify against Bianca.
“She’s my sister.”
Nora showed him the offshore trust.
Adrian’s name was nowhere on it.
Raymond and Bianca planned to leave him behind.
His loyalty cracked.
Adrian revealed a safe-deposit box.
Inside were forged trusts, medical reports, and a document titled PHASE THREE.
Phase One.
Discredit Martha.
Phase Two.
Marriage.
Phase Three.
Accident.
The planned accident involved Julian.
Not Martha.
After the wedding and transfer, Julian was supposed to die in a helicopter crash.
Bianca would become his widow.
Raymond would regain control of Hale Development.
Julian read the page twice.
Then he looked at Nora.
“She wasn’t marrying me.”
