CHAPTER 9: THE INSPIRATION
Six months after the divorce was finalized, I started a blog.
It was called "One Mom's Journey."
I wrote about my experiences: the exhaustion, the loneliness, the fear, and finally, the hope. I shared my story with the world, hoping it might help other women who were going through the same thing.
It went viral.
Women from all over the country reached out to me, sharing their own stories, their own pain, their own victories.
I was overwhelmed by the response.
"It makes me feel like I'm not alone," one woman wrote.
"You gave me the courage to leave," another said.
I kept writing. I started a YouTube channel. I became an advocate for single mothers.
And I realized that my pain had a purpose.
