Ethan started at his new school that week. On his first day back, he walked in holding Lucas’s hand in one and Jude’s in the other.
When kids asked about the two dads, he smiled and said: “One raised me. The other found me. They’re both mine.”
Lucas and Jude started work side by side—cleaning up old deals, funding community projects, hiring people who’d been overlooked. They argued like brothers, laughed like brothers, and watched each other’s backs like they’d been together every day of their lives.
One afternoon, a reporter came to the office asking for the “tragic twin story.”
