Noah asked what would happen to him if we dissolved the trusts.
I told him the truth.
"You become a boy again instead of a beneficiary."
Little Emma looked up.
"And I become a girl again?"
Clara kissed her forehead.
"You never stopped being one."
Luca looked at both children and nodded.
Older Emma gave her consent over Mateo's radio from the maintenance shaft.

Within seconds, controlling family shares began transferring to independent foundations with governance restrictions no Vale or Mercer descendant could override alone.
Adrian screamed.
Victoria stared through the observation glass as her plan vanished.
The chamber doors unlocked automatically because no succession asset remained to protect.
Mateo and older Emma returned from the shaft.
