The old lawyer unlocked the box.
Inside...
A handwritten letter.
A gold company seal.
And a flash drive.
The lawyer looked at Emily.
"He asked you to read it."
Emily unfolded the letter.
Her voice trembled.

"No."

She turned toward the employees.
"I have one announcement."
Everyone stood.
"No layoffs."
"No salary cuts."
"No revenge."
A wave of relief spread through the room.
"But starting today..."
"Every executive position will be earned."
"Not inherited."
Thunderous applause echoed through the penthouse.
Security officers quietly escorted Ryan and the executives involved in the fraud from the building.
No one stopped them.
As Emily walked toward the elevator, the CEO asked softly,
"Madam Chair..."
"What would you like your first official order to be?"
Emily smiled.
"Open the executive dining room."
The CEO looked surprised.
"To whom?"

The employees rose to their feet.
