Nathan hired a private investigator.
Within two weeks, he learned everything.
Claire had blocked Nathan's calls.
Intercepted every letter.
And told Liam that Nathan had abandoned them to start a new family.

Nathan was furious.
He immediately filed for custody modification.
When Claire was served with legal papers, she panicked.
That night, Liam overheard Claire arguing with Derek.
